Carol, Kay and Morag and families: We were saddened to hear of your loss and want you to know that our thoughts are with you at this time. We were in Oakville the past couple of days and drove past Glenashton where you used to live and it brought back memories of visiting you there. Our love Barbara and Wayne McGill

I first met Dickson & Kay when they came to Canada in 1971. My wife Moyra, was bridesmaid at their wedding and they have been our dearest friends for many years. We have had the pleasure of visiting them in Scotland since their return to Deeside. We are terribly saddened by Dickson's death; he was truly a good man and an outstanding friend who often entertained everyone with his uncanny ability to remember the smallest sporting details, especially as they related to cricket, golf or his favourite Dons.
With fond memories, Moyra & Ed Hoey

Dear Carol, Morag, Kay and Grandma Cormack - I'm so sad to hear about Dickson. I recall sitting at the kitchen table in Oakville, the bay windows overlooking the field and enjoying meals with your family. At first I was unsure how to take your Dad - the half of it was his accent the other his dry sense of humour! He was always ready with a humourous story!
Take care of each other,
Love Kath
