John Creter Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our Father, John Mark Creter, who passed away on April 9, 2025, in Nokomis, FL. John Creter was born on July 12, 1958, in Danbury, CT. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather. John Creter was a carpenter and accomplished many beautiful works in Sarasota, FL. He enjoyed his hobbies, including boating and golfing.
John Creter is survived by his wife, Madeline McKeon Creter, and his children: Brian Creter (son), Dawn Creter (daughter), Tiffany Creter (daughter), and his four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Creter and Dorothy Creter.
Please join us in remembrance of our father, held on May 3, 2025, at 3 pm. The open house address is 3616 5th Ave NE, Bradenton, FL 34208.

Whenever I spoke to Mr Creter, he always had wise advice, whether it was about DIY projects or boating. He was a man of great experiences and he adored his daughters. As a father of a young daughter, I had the utmost respect for him. He was taken way too soon. I send my deepest sympathies to Dawn and Tiffany and their entire families. I give them the strength to carry on and remember all of the good he gave them. He watches over them and may his soul rest in peace.
