I will never forget your dad's brilliant humor at Kat's wedding..He was standing at the head of the aisle, and I asked him if he was going to walk your mom down to their seats...With a twinkle in his eye he promptly responded, "Hell no! did that once years ago, she can find her own seat" Not quite the words I was expecting, but he laughted knowing that he was joking and I was his shocked audience...Good One, Mr C.!

We are so sorry that we could not attend. Corky is just not able to get around that great anymore. We just want to thank you for all the good times we have had together. You always make us feel so special when we would come to Florida to see everyone. You and the family will be in our prayers. To the Crownover family,
I was saddened with the news of John's passing. He was our neighbor for 30 plus years. He and my dad were the neighborhood fix it guys. There wasn't a tool made that they didn't have between them. I can remember seeing John taking his daily walks and hoping that when I was his age at the time that I could do the same. I'm not close to that age and I can't compete with him.
With Ted and I growing up together we placed more gray hairs on our dad's heads than was deserved, but we surely learned from the experiances. I will miss him waving good morning to me as he got in his care or left for his walk. He will long be in my memories.
