I want all to know what a joy you were to be with and care for during the many stages of your illness over the past 8 years. We accepted the challenges of each moment, addressed them, and kept moving forward. You never once complained or said even once "what if" or "why me". You almost daily continued to tell me that you loved me and would give me your tender kisses--even kissing the top of my head when I would place my head on your chest, or you would put your arm around me and give me a hug. Some time back I remember you asking me not to give up on you, and we never did give up. We fought the illness until it was no longer up to us to make the decision. That, of course, is when the Lord called you Home to sing with the Angels. Until we meet again as the song I had played yesterday so eloquently stated, I Will Always Love You and miss you so deeply. We were the loves of each others lives, and nothing can take that from us. May God keep you in his arms until I once again see your smiling face.

Dear Donna, I am so sorry for your loss. I don't always look at the Obituaries and heard it this morning when prayer was said for you. Please know that my prayers are with you during your time of grief.

Rest in peace, dear Uncle Johnny.
As a young boy, you always made time for me, and a smile from you was like a warm hug after being out in the cold. Love you forever, your nephew "Jackie".

I have so many fond memories of my Uncle Johnny, but the most vivid will always be his contagious smile! He had a way of lighting up the room and letting you know he was glad to be with you. I have heard it said "A person never dies; they live on through their family."I will never forget you Uncle Johnny! I love you and miss you! Danny D.
