Dabrow, John Alden Jay Passed away peacefully in Reno, Nevada on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at the age of 81 years old. John was preceded in death by his parents, David Dabrow & Eleanor Altshuler, brothers; Ira & Kenny Dabrow, Daughters; Laurie LeBeouf and LeaAnn Dabrow Kelley, and Grandson; Cole Barbeau. John is survived by his loving wife of 38 years; Constance, daughters; Tammy (Dan) Willard, Kristin (Russell) Barbeau and Lisa (Chris Sweatt) Dabrow. He has 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. John was a member of the Elks, Shriners, Masons, YMCA Y's Men and Lion's Club. John's profession with the YMCA gave him the opportunity to work with children and adults of all ages. John's love of basketball took him around the world and gave him great pleasure. He is best known for his fair yet unforgettable and engentic style of refereeing. A celebration of his life will be held February 9, 2019 at 11725 W. Alderny Ct. #53 from 3:00pm - 6:00pm. The family would love for you to come and share memories and stories.
