David was through all my ups and downs people I knew here and there, the best friend I ever had, from our rolling along on our sputtering little motorbikes to the rides in David's little Falcon mostly to and from church and activities, that I am and will be eternally grateful for, because they weren't just rides they were lessons that even though I have slipped and slid David's words and lessons can still come to the top when I need them to, I could go on and on about David but I kknow you all have lost a Husband, Daddy, PaPa, and I lost a friend.

Uncle David was the best. He loved his family so much including neices, siblings, as well as his immediate family. Thank you so much for all you have done for me and my family. He was always available to help anyone in any way. Thank you Aunt Becky for sharing him with us. We, my family, and my mom loved him dearly. Just such a shock him being gone however I know he's rejoicing in heaven with those that have left before him. Such an amazing man. Love you Day Day and the whole Bridges family.

David made me smile every time I saw him. He was a genuine, caring friend. When I needed photos made for a teaching award, David graciously made time for me and would not let me pay him. That was the way he was...always taking time to give e he cared about. Becky, I am so sad that you are walking this path.
