John F Dowling

Lewiston - John Frances Dowling passed away suddenly at home after a lifelong battle with severe asthma and breathing difficulties. John was a valued store manager of Sam's Club in Scarborough. He had many previous management positions, was a stay at home dad for many years. John was a hard worker and was always willing to learn new skills. John loved all animals and had many of his own dogs Metta was his love, as well as several other animals. John is survived by his loving wife, Serena Dowling of Lewiston, Step-Son Tyler Dyer of Lewiston. His children Chloe, Calvin and James. His brother and sister in law, Richard and Michelle Dowling, of Canterbury NH, many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Peter and Carol Dowling formerly of Fremont NH.

There will be a celebration of life in Spring of 2026.
