John Earl "Baby" Nix, 43, a loving father, passed away Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at a local hospital with family and friends present. Service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 9 a.m. to service time Saturday in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. John was born July 26, 1968, in Fort Worth. He grew up in Riverside and graduated from Carter Riverside in 1986. He touched many lives and the wonderful memories of him will last forever. John was preceded in death by his father, Thomas A. Nix, and brother, Tommy D. Nix. Survivors: Son, Grady Walter Nix II; mother, Nell Nix; sister, Christi Petersen; brother, Walter Nix and wife, Jana; sister-in-law, Debbie Nix; nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
