Jo and the Eggerl family: I am truly saddened by Johnny's passing, but remain honored and thankful for having known him. He welcomed me almost instantly into the Blobs community, and considered him, along with the other "regulars," a good friend. You'll be missed, Jonny, but the memory of you will live on.

Mama Jo and entire family..
I am deeply saddened by our loss. Uncle Johnny was an inspiration to me. I promised myself long ago that I would never settle for anyone less than what I observed him be as a father and husband.
It's my belief that God allows the darkness, that we may see his STARS!
"There are only four questions of value in life. What is sacred? Of what is the Spirit made? What is worth living for and what is worth dying for? The answer to each is the same: ONLY LOVE.
Uncle Johnny has returned to the Source of Love that we are all born of and blindly feel seperate from while on our earthly missions. I honor his return to Love/Source with a hearty PROST!
My love to each of you..

Anna and Gerald, we were saddened to hear of Johnny's passing. I have many fond memories of sharing a conversation, a smile, and beer with him at the Blob's bar. Jo, Dave and family, I am so very sorry to read the news of John's passing. I could write a book about the fun times shared with all of you at Blob's Park, but I'll save those stories when I talk with all of you. I believe it is safe to say that John touched so many (especially with a broom handle or ice cubes) in such a wonderful way, and I believe I am a better person today for meeting him and learning from his hospitality and love of family and friends. I can only imagine how busy he is right now instructing the Good Lord on what needs to be rebuilt in Heaven!
Love to you all!

John - you will be greatly missed by all whose life you touched. We will forever be grateful for all the memories you gave us at Blob's Park. You made us feel like we were a part of your family. Blob's Park is where my daughter, Gabrielle, learned to polka. May the Angels carry you into Paradise, and may the Lord welcome you with opened arms, good and faithful servant. Rest in His Peace.

Johnny, we will miss you greatly. Our lives have been much enriched by your friendship. From the many memories at the hall, including Mary's first beer(!) to your surprise visit at our new home in Westminster, to your boat, and the way that you and Mama Jo always welcomed us into your home, we will not forget you! You were such a gracious and giving man. You never hesitated to try to make us laugh- the mystery ice cube hits at the hall stand out. We never left your home without a gift- a bottle for me or sweets for Mary and Julie. So many memories will never be forgotten. I could keep writing for hours. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Julie, Marc, and Mary Fisher
