John ELLIS Obituary
1942 - 2017
It is with great sadness we announce John's passing on Saturday, June 17, 2017. John had a rich sense of humour, a passion for adventure and a love for fishing and golf. His work with BC Hydro relocated him to areas of the globe such as Afghanistan and Argentina. After retirement he traveled frequently exploring many new locales. John will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by wife Sandy; children Rob (Geri), Kevan (Sara), Kim (Allan), stepchildren Jennifer and David; siblings Roy, Sandi, Glenn, Don, Wayne and Karen; 6 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the staff at McKenney Creek Hospice for their care and support. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. To Sandy and family,
I worked with John in BC Gas Residential Marketing and always found him to be kind, respectful, humorous and compassionate. It was a good time at work. I am very sorry for your loss and wish you peace at this time.
