What a great man. So intelligent and an overall wonderful human being. You will be greatly missed.

So sorry to learn of John Harter's passing. A former colleague at the State Department and AFSA and a good and dedicated man.

My condolences to the Harter family, Lal, Tian, Tonia, & Evelyn. John was a sweet man with so many stories to tell and he so enjoyed his grandchildren and life in general.
