I will miss our calls and am so gratiful for the opportunty to have spent some time with he and Jan last October. My heart aches in sadness but rejoices in knowing he is with the Lord Jesus Christ. In our last conversation, he assured me that he was sure of his personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I am sure the angels were rejoicing as he arrived home. I will miss the sound of his voice, the joy, the tears and telling me he loves me. I loved him to. My heart goes out with deepest sympthy to Jan and family. Love, Deborah

So very sorry to hear of John's passing. I know I speak for many former members of the 10,000 Lakes Family Boating Club, when I say, we had good times together and are still fondly remembered. Good bye John, you are in a better place. Peace be with you.

We shall all miss John's smiling face and his joyful, "You know, By Golly" preface to our conversations. Though we knew he was in pain, we were so happy that he was able to come to our son's wedding last August. He will long be remembered as a man who loved his family and worked diligently in so many community services, thus giving so much of himself to so many people. Now he can rest from his labors in the presence of Our Lord!
