John HUCKELL

I new Dr. Huckell from my football days while playing Jr. Football. He new his stuff and fixed my knee and hamstring.

Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, I knew Dr. Huckell from WCB and he was a great person. He will be missed.

We are so very sorry for your loss. I was the head Orthopaedic O.R. Nurse at the University hospital when Dr. Huckell was Chief in the 70's and 80's. We had a great working relationship and when I moved on to the Day Surgery Unit..he gave me a very nice send off party. John's son was a resident at that time. Please say hello to Bill & Cooper Johnson as I remember them fondly as well. Nancy Bevan.

We remember how warmly you and John welcomed us to Mayfair and our many golf games together. Thinking of you and your family today.

In 1985 he helped save my arm, after I was in a bad "rig" accident. My condolences to the family, I will never forget him for what he done for me.

I was proud to have had the opportunity to work along side of John. He was a very dedicated surgeon. Rest in peace.
