John Montgomery Hudspeth

Condolences to your family on the passing of Mr. Monty. He is the cousin of my mother Margaret Barbour who is Evelyn Barbour's daughter. (Ruth's sister) I had the privilege of meeting Monty a few years ago on a visit to Olive Branch and Barton. We had a very nice visit and I am happy we were able to meet. He was full of interesting history on Barton and the surrounding area and was very interested in how family was doing. I have a few pictures I would like to share that were so graciously shared with me. They are pictures of photos so I hope they transfer well. Sorry I cannot attend services. Just getting over an illness. Many fond memories of Monty and my other Hudspeth cousins. My condolences and love to Ann and the whole family.

Monty and I spent many an hour flying aircraft together during the early 1970's. He was a true friend and confidant. He will be missed.
