John Isbister Obituary
Dear brother and brother-in-law of Linda Varcoe and Chuck Cook, the late Bonnie and the late Jimmy. Cherished son of the late Roy and Jean Isbister and son-in-law of the late Elizabeth and Rob Black. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL; 43 Barton St. E., on Sunday May 7th, 2023, from 2:00pm - 4:00pm. Cremation has taken place.

I'm saddened to hear of the loss of my co-worker from our years in the Sister Plant and Dock at Stelco. John and I shared many hours talking and we became friends. Pleasant memories from the time in his backyard BQ. Rest my friend and be at peace. Debbie Bashford

John used to call the house here to check in my husband, Gord, while he was going this his illness journey. Small kindnesses mean a lot. Thank you for that John. RIP.
