Dear Gwen, David, Jane, Susan and Dirk - I was saddened to hear about John going home to be with the Lord but the joy is that he is home with the Lord. I pray that God continues to wrap his loving arms around all of you as you continue on with your lives without him. He was a man of love and compassion and I enjoyed the times I did have the opportunity to be in his company. God's blessings upon you all.

Dear Gwen, Jane, David, Susan and Dirk,

Please accept our deepest sympathies at the passing of Dad. Know that our thoughts and prayers are with you. We are sad to not be there with you at this time, but we are praying for our Lord to comfort you and surround you with His peace and love. Our times with John were ones of laughter and joy; many stories of Grand Rapids, the cabin, and deer!He had a wonderful way of making us smile. May your memories of your dad/husband be sweet and bring to mind his character, his integrity, his love for life, and his deep love and devotion for you. These are all wonderful eternal pieces of him that will be with you always and forever.

With much love, Suz Bud, Jen and Kari

Dear Gwen, Jane and David, Susan and Dirk,

Have been thinking of and praying for you all during the past difficult month and will continue to do so throughout the coming year. Have been recalling and enjoying all my memories of Johnny. The small things: his laugh, his smile, his quips, the way he would raise his brow and turn his head, his kind ways. All the things that are easy to hold in your heart. I will miss him very much.

Much love,

Jim
