Dear Jayne and Maher family, I am so shocked and sad to hear of Jack’s passing. I just spoke with him last week. He was one of the greatest. We have kept in touch over the years, and he would always be consistent with his friendship and kindness. He was a wonderful person and a great friend. Jack will be missed by all the lives he touched. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Jack lit up our world whenever he dropped by. His never ending smile and countless rounds of "stories" made the world a happy place. We have all lost a gentle man with such a huge heart. You made us laugh, Jack, and we thank you for that. Gone way too soon, but never, ever, forgotten.
