John and Sarah Verhalen Chloe Jameson

I met Sarah in elementary school @ St. Joseph's in Beeville, Tx. We quickly became the best of friends. I remember being so sad when Sarah and her family moved away. I also remember being so happy to catch up with Sarah on facebook after more than 20 years being apart.
I will cherish all the good memories of Sarah and the little group of friends at St. Joseph's. May God bless the family.

I met John when he lived in Columbus, GA. He has always been a great friend and always kept in touch. I am still in shock over this and am praying for all of you.
I still remember when he started working on your family tree and he was explaining the document you could share on GMail. He loved all of his family and friends so much and would do anything for them. I'm glad I got to see him when he came through here about 7 months ago. I will miss him a lot.

Our heart and prayers go out to the Verhalen family. We got to know John through our sons Abram & Josh(Kerrville, TX).John was a wonderful young man that was easy going and easy to talk to. His love for his family was deep and at the fiber of his being. I felt that I knew his family from all the stories John told us about his childhood. John will forever remain in our hearts.
