My sisters and I have discussed the comforting thought that when someone dies, they can be any age they want to when they go to heaven. If this is true, I want to be five years old. Daddy will be there to greet me with both arms wide; he will catch me, swing me high into the air, give me a big kiss, prop me up onto his shoulder, and tell me everything will be all right.

I love you, Daddy.

Sorry to hear about your loss. At a time like this, there is no real good words that will comfort the emotions you will have. The best advice I have heard is instead of thinking about tomorrow without someone, just remember the good times of yesterdays you have had with them.
