Today my heart aches but I hold Jay, my God Son in my life forever since 1969 when he was born to Jeanne and John. Memories of Jay's sense of humour and love for life will be forever remembered by my son, Jon and my daughter, Julie. Each day that passes by I will hold you, Jay , in the palm of my hand. May God Bless you and your family and we will be with you someday to once again join in our beautiful memories. Lovingly, Pami
