Love and miss you so much grandpa

Dear Eva and family, Please accept my deepest sympathy at Jerry´s death. What a wonderful example you set for us all about family and friendship. He will be deeply missed.

I loved Uncle Jerry and always enjoyed our time with Aunt Eva and their family. He knew so much about so many things but, always showed an interest in what you were doing. Jerry's greatest legacy is his marriage and his family. He will be missed by many until we see him on the other side. Love and prayers to Eva, Therese, Sue, Amy , Angie and their families.

I loved Uncle Jerry so much. He and Aunt Eva were such a joy to spend time with. He had so much knowledge about so many things but still was interested in what I was doing or what I thought. His greatest legacy is his marriage and his family. What a terrific example of a life well lived. He will be missed until we meet him on the other side. I know all the wonderful memories will help Eva and the whole big beautiful family get through this time of grief. Love to all

I am so blessed that God gave me the opportunity to take care of Mr. Clemens everyday. I grew to love him and Mrs Clemens like family. Two of the most beautiful people I have ever met! Thank you Mr and Mrs Clemens for allowing me in your home and life.

He was a wonderful great-grandfather to me. Always supportive and proud of every accomplishment I've had. I miss you so much, grandpa.

From taking in a couple of unkept hitchhikers in the early seventies to getting to see Jerry on his 90th birthday, we have always been at home with him and Eva. Jerry was like a mentor to me and I have the deepest respect and highest regard for him. He showed me the importance of integrity as a tenet of a good life. My wife Patty and I will miss him and extend our dearest sympathies to all of his family. Such a good great person!

Jerry was one of the kindest and sweetest people you could ever meet. We loved to see both he and Eva when they lived here in Virginia Beach and we also visited them in San Diego. Our grandson always remember their house on wheels. We will meet again my old friend, may God bless you.
