John Henry "Pat" Kahler IV

John was my Florida neighbor and a friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Kahler family.

I remember when my runabout crashed out near Big Island, Capt John Pat swung over with spare line and a pump. `No one is left adrift,´ he laughed. With drink in hand. That was John.... always prepared, calm, generous and laughing through it all.

We lost such a wonderful man. John was a fighter and couldn't have been prouder of his children. I am sending so much love and prayers to all who loved him. Praying you find gentle moments of rest and comfort knowing he is reunited with his beloved Deanna.

I´ll never forget how Mr. Kahler knew everyone´s name. His pride in the Kahler Grand and kindness set the tone. Sending love to the whole Kahler family.
