Dear Joan & Family: There's little I can add to what Angie has already written: Your dad, despite our age difference, was more like a brother and above all, a cherished friend. He was always there for me regardless of circumstances and I will miss him dearly. I spoke to him by phone, only 2 weeks ago, and his passing was a shock to me.

To a beautiful daughter, Joan & family: It is a sad occasion indeed on the passing of your dad, brother. He was a genuine person. Kind, generous, brilliant, gracious & caring. Joan, he loved you so very much and spoke of you with great pride. I remember his beautiful tenor voice and his quick wit wish delight. He has now passed on to his next adventure in life, and to sing in a greater choir in heaven with a host of other members of our dearly departed. He will always be remembered and loved for ever more. He was a true soul, and a diligent & honest man, one man that without his help in the affairs of my mother I would have been lost. for this I am truly thankful to God for sending him to us in our time of need. I will pray for him and wish him a good journey to the heavens above to be rejoined in harmony with our families. God bless you and your family, warm hugs and love

To a beautiful daughter, Joan & Family: It saddens me to see such a fine man leave our world. However, he's been called to persue another adventure. I loved him dearly and always will. I admired him for all that he did. He was energetic, thoughtful, kind, generous, a true gentleman. He assisted me in everyway possible with my mother's affairs right to the end, steadfast, honest & truly a good soul, and for that I thank God for allowing him to help us in this time of need. I will always remember his visits to Vancouver with Auntie Val, and the sound of his truly beautiful tenor voice. He is now a member of another choir, a greater one in Heaven, reunited with loved ones and friends. May God bless him and may he rest in peace. Warm Hugs & love,
