Hi Roger and Steven

I just recently learned the sad news of your father's death. I case you don't remember me, I was the builder who built your father's house on Ramsey Road. I have only good memories of working with him on this project, and the times that we came in contact after it was completed.
Actually last summer, the house came up for rent and we jumped at the chance to rent it for a couple of months, and during my time their I certainly thought about your Father.
When I was there, I happened to come across some photos of your father that were taken at the the golf course, so if you could send me your address, I will send them to you. There are 8 pictures in tota. As you might expect, golf club in hand, he looked in his element in these pictures.

My condolences,

Peter Markhauser

Roger and Steven,
I just now learned of the passing of your Dad. I worked for your Dad years ago at North American Life. He talked about both of you with tremendous pride and love. I am truly sorry for your loss and will always remember your Dad (Mr. Legate to me) with great fondness.

Dear Legate family:

You do not know me, but I knew John. I worked with John Banigan for many years and I got to know your John very well. He always brought a smile to my face every time he came into the office. Now that I think about it, every time he would call he would bring a smile to my face as well, with his joyous attitude and sense of humour.

My sincere condolences to you all.
