Jack was security chief at Dixmont when I worked there as a "Switchboard Operator" (at an actual switchboard) from 1975 to closing in 1984. I have fond memories; he had a great personality.

My sympathy to the Lennon family.

Jack was a great person who had a good sense of humor. Jack loved his wife Mary Jo and his family. Jack was a good Police Officer and Police Chief. Jack was a friend and mentor to me when I first started out in police work with Emsworth & Kilbuck Twp police departments. Jack loved being a policeman and he encouraged and inspired those he worked with and supervised.

Chief thanks for being a friend and for all the help you gave me over the years. May you rest in peace

Jack
You hired me in 1987 to be a policemen with the newly formed
Kilbuck Twp PD. I learned a lot from being a policemen in Kilbuck Twp. I miss those days of traffic and stopping people for the craziness that goes on then and now. I also miss the other part of
being a policemen helping people in need. I miss the officers and
other personnel of the dept. You did a great job and although we
did have some differences, I have always respected you as a Chief and fellow police officer.
May you rest in peace and I hope your family celebrates your life.
