Dear Betty and family we were so sad to hear of Joesph's passing. He was always particularly close to our mother and father Mary and Gordon Watts. Betty, they always were always so glad to see you and Joseph when you came to PEI to have a conversation about old time and what was going on in your live. Like his uncle, Joseph had the work hard genes am I sure now that they are together they will be trying to figure a way to make a dollar. We all have great memories of Joseph and he will always be in our hearts as he was such a great guy and loving person. Gerard, Paula, Joanne, Sharon and Debbie.
