I had the awesome pleasure of serving with Jake in the 402nd MP CO for many years. Will always cherish his friendship. Many good times at FIG for annual training & even a trip to Ft McChellan AL. & Ft. Mc Coy AS. What a hoot. My best to the family. Just an over all great guy.

Jake was a very loved cousin. He and Theresa were so loving to my Mom (Aunt Bess). She loved him so much. He was a great guy to all that knew him, especially his family. I will always remember how loving they were to us whenever we visited. Jake will have a wonderful reunion in heaven with my Mom and all of the wonderful Pitchford family as well as all his loved ones. He will be truly missed.

My thoughts are with your family. I will always remember my daughter and I being welcomed into his home for sunday morning crepes with Patty, while my husband was deployed.. every time I eat them I think of your family and the happy love and humor that surrounds you all.
