Dad,
There are no words to describe my love for you. And not enough hours in the day for me to share all my memories. But what I will share is how grateful and blessed I am to have received 43 amazing, quality filled years with you, dad.
You have made such an impact on my life and the lives of everyone you have come in contact with. You were the life of every get together whether it was with family or friends. Your smile, laugh, humor, and contagious personality would light up a room. You were loved by all and admired by so many. I am so proud and honored to say that you are my dad.
Thank you for being my biggest supporter, my rock, my friend, and most importantly my dad. You always knew when to offer me advice and when simply to wipe my tears. You have taught me to work hard, play hard and enjoy life because you can't take it with you.
You have stood by me and supported me through any obstacle life has thrown my way. Thank you for accepting me for who I am and never judging me. You are a true role model with the most amazing qualities. You are everything I aspire to be; hard working, loving, compassionate, a great spouse and parent, and the person everyone wants to be around, just to name a few. I promise to always live by your qualities and make you proud every day.
Dad, I miss you so much. I wish I could have just one more hour to tell you all the things I'm so thankful for and give you that one last kiss and hug that I owe you. But until that time...Thank you for being my dad, loving me unconditionally, providing the best advice, support, and guidance. Thank you for teaching me how to love, how to work hard and earn success, and how to be a strong parent. And thank you for always showing genuine concern. You are a true hero in my eyes.
Most importantly, thank you for being the best papa to AJ. That means the world to me and you mean the world to him. I will ensure his memories of you are never forgotten.
I love you dad and I will always love being your daughter.
Until we meet again...Rest In Peace...
Thinking of you every day...
Love,
Lisa

Dad,
When I came into your family 15 years ago, you welcomed me with open arms. So kind and friendly with a great sense of humor. From day one you always made me feel comfortable.
Through the years you became the best father-n-law a girl could ask for who I could call "dad". A wonderful papa with your unconditional love and compassion. We will never let Johnny forget who his papa was, how much he loved you and all the great memories you shared together.
You will forever be in our hearts and missed more than you know.
Love you,
Trisha

John, as I look for the words to write this, one reoccurring theme comes to mind
Thank you for welcoming me into your family 8 years ago.
Thank you for allowing me see the unconditional love you shared with both your wife and your three
Thank you for being a strong grandfather to your remarkable grandchildren.
And a BIG thank you for being a proud papa and buddy to AJ. While he may be too young to understand, I know you had a profound impact on his life. Thank you. I am eternally grateful.
I know you will be there to guide and watch over him, as well as the rest of your family. And for that, I thank you again.
You will forever be in our hearts and minds.
Thank you.
Andrew

We've shared our life with each other
We've learned a thing or two
We've raised a family together
We've accomplished what life wanted us to do
I'm so happy to tell you what a special journey this has been
But most of all I value knowing that besides calling you my husband I can call you my friend.
I THANK YOU for giving me a good life for always putting me, Lisa, Johnny and Lori first. You supported me during the good times and also the difficult ones ....you were always there for me. We worked as a team now I've lost my partner I feel broken but maybe in time I can put some of the pieces back together I really don't know where to begin. We all need to help each other but none of us know how. We are lost, there is an emptiness inside us we don't know how to fill....we hurt so much because we love so much. With the love and concern our kids have shown and overwhelming compassion from family and friends the healing has begun. You will always be in my heart and never forgotten.
Love, Diane

Dad, I am so blessed and so thankful to have had 36 amazing years of being raised by a man as incredible as you. You are the most selfless, loving, kindest, funniest, hardest worker I know and hands down the best dad in this whole world. I have the fondest memories of you which I will forever hold so precious in my heart. I will always cherish every minute I had with you and wish I could have a million more. I'd even take just 5 if I could just hug you one more time, hear your laugh, see your smile, and tell you how very much I love you. Thank you Dad for being the man you were. For teaching me so much in life and setting that example of what a genuine, stand up person is. I truly admire everything about you and am so proud to have so many of your traits. I will continue to live each day to make you proud. Thank you for being there for all of us through the highs in life celebrating with us, encouraging us, and guiding us. And thank you for being there for the lows when you would pick us up, wipe our tears, listen to us without judgement, and give us your amazing advice. You were there for whatever life threw our way. Thank you for being the best Papa there is. As my plaque I bought you said, The only thing better than having you as my dad, is my kids having you as their Papa. You loved your grandsons so much and they loved you even more. The bonds you had with each of them was so special in their own way. They cherish all the time they have had with you. Thank you for being an example to them of what a man is. They look up to you and admire you so much. I wish there was a magic wand I could wave to bring you back to us but I know you are at peace now and healthy. I promise to continue on our traditions that you loved so much. You will forever be in my heart Dad. I miss you and love you more than you could ever imagine. Life isn't going to be easy without you. Rest in peace my sweet Daddy.
Love always and forever,
Your baby girl,
Lori

Mr. Marrello, thank you for always greeting me with a warm, kind smile & hug like I was a part of your family. Thank you for being truly genuine when you asked how I was doing over the decades I knew you. Thank you for not wanting to kill us when we were less than sweet teenagers / young adults (it was always Lisa's fault ;) And most of all, thank you for setting an example of what a class act dad, papa, and gentleman looks like.
RIP -- you will be greatly missed!

Uncle John, I can't believe you are gone. I won't forget how kind and warm hearted you were. Or the wonderful family gatherings and celebrations in your home through the years. How welcomed and loved you made us feel when we saw you. The way you laughed. How expressive you were. Your genuine concern for others. How much you loved your family. Your fairness and honesty. You lived your life well and we are thankful for the memories you have left us. You will be missed but remembered with a smile.
