I was shocked to hear about John. Back in the 1970s my family and I stayed with John and his family in Long Beach, Ca. for a couple of weeks. We played cards every night. My family and I were on our way to Maine.
I trust John had accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior - being born again. He is happily in heaven then.
I pray all who knew and loved him are born again...then we shall see him again one day in heaven. (See John 3:3).
I, also, pray you seek God's comfort for this time of reflection on John's life and for the sadness you feel now.

Im sorry for loss, Jonny Mac was a stand up man. The ridge just won't be the same. Thinking of you in these hard times.

Michael, George, Margaret, Jim, and Joe, I am so sad that John has left us. I have so many wonderful memories especially George when you, I and the kids were small traveling across country to visit John and Susie. What a great time we had with them. John had an infectious smile and always made me laugh. He was a party animal and you know I love that! I will always remember our many parties. I know that all of us have many stories and many good memories. So sorry to hear of John's passing he was quite a guy and livened up the neighborhood. He will be missed by many.
