I'm very sorry to hear of Jack's passing. I loved listening to all of his stories. Wish I could have spent more time with him. Prayers to all of his family.

Jack took me under his wing and showed me the ropes at McDonald when I was a fresh faced lad, new to the business and much younger than anyone there. He said how great it was to see new, fresh faces (this was many years ago!). He and I enjoyed many lunches and he'd regail me with stories of stock market heyday. A truly great person inside and out. There early every morning and always generous with his time.

I used to run into Mr. McGinty when we both worked in the 5th/3d Building downtown. He was working hard in his late 80s. Charming Irishman.

I am so sorry to hear of Jack McGintys passing. His goddaughter, my mom, Anne Marie will be welcoming him into the Heavens. I am even more sorry my family and I will be out of town and unable to pay respects to such a loved man. My prayers are with all of his family. God Bless
