I had the distinct pleasure of working with John in Government Relations at the U.S. Postal Service before I left to attend veterinary school in 1992. I will always remember John's unique sense of humor, contagious laugh and smile, and great personal insight. One thing that has always stayed with me, even now, after all these years, is how John literally lit up when he spoke about how much he loved his wife and their beautiful daughter. I recall thinking how blessed John was to have such a loving family. I am sure he carried that joy in his heart every moment of his life. What a gift. My deepest condolences to Debbie and Maria. May God welcome John home for a life well lived and may He surround him with His eternal love and grace.

Debbie and Maria,
Linda and I are so saddened and shocked by John's death. Both of you and John were primetime, loyal fans of our GW women's hoop team. What times we had following the Colonials together for more than a decade! The McKees send you our most sincere condolences as well as our thoughts and prayers.

John was a great guy. He taught me much about the world of government relations in the Postal Service when I came in as a new employee over 15 years ago. Great sense of humor, great wit and most of all someone who I could depend on to get the right answers. I was deeply saddened by his passing and express my deepest sympathy to the family.

Debbie, Maria,
I share in your grief and loss as do so many friends and associates who loved John. He was always my "still waters run deep" go to guy when things got tough. Tammy and I pray that his soul will rest in eternal peace and hope the lord grant you strength to face this time of adversity.
