I am so sorry for the loss of your father. I have fond memories of seeing him at Our Lady of Guadalupe church with my Grandmother Lupe. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time. May God bless you all with his love and grace.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Cherish the times you laughed together! John had a sutle sense of humor and liked to make people laugh! I.e. sitting in his chair running his hand through that thick head of hair saying,"This is my hair, I can wash it,or do what ever I want with it"!! Or when he'd wear his tie with his tee shirt!! Thank you for the time you allowed me spend with him. My prayers are with you always.

I hope that you and your family can find some comfort in knowing that your pops is in heaven with your mom. God needed him more than us. He is in no more pain and in a wonderful place watching over all of us. Keep your happy memories and remember that John lived a good life and touched many peoples lives.
