So all of us here at the ICU at Viera hospital just found out about John´s passing. He became our family. We loved him like a father/uncle/friend. He will be missed.
306 will always be your second home to us.
Always

Uncle John,
Your heart is the biggest I´ve ever known. I will cherish our time together forever. I miss the hunting , fishing and working together. You taught me so much there´s not a day that goes by that I don´t use a trick of the trade or life advice you have given me. I am having a hard time with you being gone as I feel a huge void like I´m missing a huge part of me but I know where your golden heart taken you so I find some solace in that. Give all our family up there one of your famous hugs. You will be very missed down here but I believe you´re in the arms of our eternal Father God.

So many good memories of John, when I was in cosmetology school he came in to let me practice on him and all the girls went on and on about how cute he was. I even tried to set him up with one of them. He was always a man of little words but you always remembered what he did say. He taught us to play Euchre (created a monster, I can´t get enough of that game) and he had so many funny phrases we still say them when we play. "I´m here to tell ya" was one of the best ones! Whenever we would stop by, he would always say "stop back when you can stay longer" no matter how long we were there. Always kind and just a sweet big brother to me. The girls and grandkids were his world. They made him happier than I have ever seen him. I´m happy knowing he isn´t suffering anymore and that he is with Jesus

Just wanted to send my love and condolences to everyone in the family, including my best friend Rachael. John, I never got to meet you but I just want to thank you for creating one of my bestest friends. Our friendship is one that I know is everlasting and she wouldn't but the loving kind soul she is today without a wonderful father like you may you rest in peace and watch over them for eternity.
