MOYLES, John Christopher March 10, 2018, John Christopher Moyles died unexpectedly while skiing in Stowe, Vermont. He was with his son, and close family friends. He was 56 years old. I am so very sorry about this. I greatly loved and admired Chris, and he was a part of our social group in Richmond. I had been thrilled for him for finding love, having a family and enjoying a great career. My heart is with you all.

Dearest Mr. and Mrs. Moyles,

Joe and I are so, so sad to hear the news of Chris. He brought so much joy to Joe's life as his roommate at VCU and to our wedding as a groomsman almost 28 yrs ago (I've included a photo). He was such a brilliant, loving guy, and this world has lost a great soul.

Our eldest graduates from Wm & Mary in a few weeks. Hopefully it won't be too much of a burden for us to drop by and give you all a hug.

Kindest regards,
Mary and Joe

My deepest condolences to the Moyles family. I met Chris in 2017 and worked with him on educational sessions for conferences. He was caring, lovely and dedicated to sharing his knowledge for the benefit his peers and the communities they touched. He was an exceptional and admirable person. This is a great loss.
