Something I will always remember of John is how much of a wonderful and caring person he was to his kids and his wife. He always had a smile on his face and the most kind soul.

John was in my IAAO classes with me twenty years ago for the Maricopa County Assessor's Office. I was in awe of John's mathematical abilities to be able to study both for the required coursework we had in our Appraiser positions and for his studying for his MBA at the same time. John was a wonderful person who helped me in some of the classes to understand the mathematical formulas and how to prepare better for the final exams for each course. Blessings to his wife, Taragh, and to his beautiful children during this time.

Dear Friends,
My father and John´s grandfather (Thomas Keegan) were brothers. I guess that means I am a lop-sided cousin of John´s. I was ten years older and best remember John as a skinny little kid visiting his grandparents´ country house in Lake Como, PA. The backyard had a bit of hill that couldn´t have been much more than ten feet. We used to lay down and roll like logs down the hill.
John was always so quiet. Maybe that was the only space left for him by his rowdier sisters, Kathleen and Eileen. Don´t tell the girls but I think John was the favorite of his grandfather, who called him Bucky.
The last time I saw John and the first time I met Taragh was at their wedding. The ceremony was on a beach in New Jersey. That day was so windy the sand was blowing but few seemed to care. It was wonderful to see Taragh and John setting off on their next chapter together. I remember John showed at the reception a slide presentation of photos. One that I remember very distinctly was of Grandpa Tom with little John holding a fish he caught. The fish was the only one in the picture without a big smile.
My heartfelt prayers go out to all the Milvihills. I hope your sorrow is quickly pushed aside by wonderful memories.

I will always remember Mole´s beautiful smile and how he was always laughing and just always seemed so happy. So sad to hear this news. I know he´s out of pain and has become a Guardian Angel. RIP Mole. - Marlene Resciniti (Nicole Schuren´s sister).

What FUN Memories we always made when we were with Johnny. How cool was it to attend the Super Bowl together (although we agreed... wrong team won ).
I especially enjoyed our iced Mocha Lates both in Chandler and LBI. I´ll continue to enjoy for us both.
YOU are forever in my heart. I love you Johnny!!

I love this man like a brother. He was such a generous soul and great example of a father and friend. He will be missed.
