John Roland Patnaude Jr. died at his home on Sunday July 2nd, 2023.

He grew up in Winslow, Maine and graduated from Winslow High School in 1977. After high school, he moved to Greenville, Maine where he later met his wife Karmen. While living in Greenville, they married and started their family, having their children John, Tressa, Thomas, and Zackery before moving to Central Maine. He loved to fish with his brother in laws Brett and Jerry and to coach his children in their PAL sports, never missing a single game. He was always a hard worker at any job he was employed with.

He is survived by his wife Karmen, his children, John and wife Kattie of Albion, Tressa and husband Shane of Sidney, Thomas and his wife Theresa of Benton, Zackery and partner Britney of Albion, his grandchildren Aiden, Jaxon, Lucas, William, and Madilynn. His mother, Nancy of Winslow. Brother David and family of Winslow, Sister Cathy and family of Vassalboro, Brother in law David Richardson of Canaan. Ginger and Jerry Boucher and family, Cindy Owens and family, Billy and Crystal Owens and family, Troy and Shanna Owens and family, Chad and Suzanne Owens and family, all from Greenville, Maine.

He will miss his niece and nephews Brittany, Derek, Rory and Justin who he considered his first set of kids and his grandchildren who always brightened his day and enjoyed making treats with them. They will miss his famous cookies.

He is predeceased by his brother Tommy and sister Cheryl. His brother in law Brett Owens, who he's looking forward to fishing with again.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Maine General Hospice and Healthcare Teams, especially Paul and Chris RN, and DCI of Fairfield for their help and compassion during his care.
