John Morriss Perryman, Jr.

John was my little brother in Kappa Alpha Order at Georgia Tech. He was a handful to manage as we led him towards maturity, but he was a great friend and a joy to be around. My wife, the former Leslie Gibson, graduated from Newnan High School in 1964, several years after John, but she knew many of the same fine people who lived there. I last saw John at the KA Fiftieth Reunion in Atlanta, but I will always remember his impish smile and his unwavering loyalty. R.I.P., brother.

I have not had any contact with John since 19 59-19 60. We were on the same hall in Howell Dorm at Georgia Tech. As I remember he was a Kappa Sig and I was a Phi Delt. We shared a lot of good times as a group on the same hallway in Howell. It saddened me to see his obit. My condolences to all his family and friends.
