I cannot believe you've left us John. Thinking of all of our after work beers together right now. Oh how I wish we could at least one more...or maybe two. RIP sir.

John was a wonderful, honest and generous man who genuinely cared about everyone he met. I too have been honoured to have known him and will miss him. My deepest condolences to his whole family.

His light will continue to shine through his loved ones and the scientific path he so much loved. A great loss, my deepest condolences to all the family.

I admired John for his quiet intelligence and caring nature. He will be greatly missed by myself and his many friends. My deepest sympathy to his family in their loss.
