JOHN RIDDLE Obituary
He was born Jan. 11, 1933 in Wintersville, Ohio.
John was a lifelong resident of Darby Township, an over the road truck driver for more than 20 years, a never retired farmer for the past 40 plus years. Member of The United Church in Mt. Sterling, a 50 year member of Sterling Chapter No. 74 Order of the Eastern Star, 64 year member of the Mt. Sterling Masonic Lodge No. 269 F&AM, Scottish Rite, Aladdin Shrine, and Pickaway County Farmers Club.
Preceded in death by parents, Franklin Riddle and Mary (Scott) Riddle.
He is survived by his loving wife, Betty after 65 years of marriage; children, Suellen (Paul) Davis, Scott (Jill) Riddle, and Chris Riddle; 3 grandchildren, James Spangler, Lindsey (Trey) Fausnaugh, Amanda (Kyle) Pflug; 4 great-grandchildren, Shanyn Spangler, Madison Fausnaugh, Katelyn Fausnaugh, Hannah Pflug; sister, Carol Musselman; brother, Richard Riddle; sisters-in-law, Sue Hill and Ann Simmons; numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018 at the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main St., Mt. Sterling. Rev. Dortha Ross officiating with the interment following in Pleasant Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 15. A Masonic Service will be held following visitation which will begin at 7 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, family suggest memorial contributions to the charity or organization of your choice.

Love to see and talked to John anytime I ran into him and Betty weather in town or visit him in Florida,will be sadly miss by many, very nice guy!!!
