I was very sad that I didn't get to see Jack before he passed away. I felt so fortunate to have had him as my oil & gas attorney but more importantly as a wise counselor. I learned so much from him not only in my business dealings but life itself. I will miss him dearly. Jerry McCutchin, Jr.
