We could not have ask for a better neighbor. We feel so lucky to have gotten to know John. He was very proud of his family. We are very sorry for your loss.

Brian & Family -
I can not tell you how sorry I am. I am dealing with my dad being gone a year this coming Sunday the 26th, so I know what you are going through.

My heart aches for you and your family. Please know that you can call me if you need to talk

John was a wonderful fellow and I so enjoyed working with him at the City. I especially remember being given a box of chocolates one Christmas. Every single one of them was labelled with a manhole location somewhere in Town!!! His sense of humor knew no bounds!!

We will miss him. Thinking of you all.

Brain, Lori, and Gary,
You had the most wonderful, loving father that ment so much to many people. We will miss our 'Grandpa' John at the Clayton House. We will remember and forever cherish the many great times that we shared and the smile that was always painted across his face. I will never forget his kind heart and inspirational words of wisdom that he reminded me of everyday (''Study hard, and one day you will make a great nurse, 'Suzie'.'') 'Grandpa' will truely, forever hold a special place in my heart. 'I've heard it said that people come into our lives for a reason, bringing with them something we must learn; and we are led to those who help us most to grow if we let them, and we help them in return. Well, I don't know if I believe thats true but I am who I am today because of you.'

Gary, Lori and Brian....I'm so sorry for your loss. I can remember the barbecues we had at your parents house with the Williams family and all the fun the familes had. Hold on to those memories and cherish them.
