John Sabota Obituary
John R. Sabota, loving husband of Margaret (Marge) Sabota of Estero, Fla., died of natural causes Saturday, Oct. 2, 2010, at the age of 88. He had been under Hospice care only a short time and passed with family by his side.
Born in Camden on Sept. 25, 1922, he was the son of Robert and Margaret Sabota. John grew up in Fairton, graduated from Bridgeton High School and served in the U.S. Army Air Force.
For many years John, a mechanical engineer, was an employee of Owens-Illinois. For the last 20 years he resided in Estero, Fla.
Mr. Sabota is survived by son, Robert of Clayton; daughter, Catherine of Canton, Ga.; and son, Steve of Scotia, N.Y. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
The family requests memorial donations may be sent to Estero United Methodist Church, 8088 LordÕs Way, Estero, FL 33928.
