Dear Jeanne:
Dan & I were shocked & sorry to hear of Jack's passing. We always enjoyed working with him on many projects over the years. His aim for perfection, both in his professional & personal life was a quality I admired in him. May God give you strength & peace at this time of loss.
Fondly, Russ Perry & Dan Conner

Although we did not know Mr. Safro personally, we have had the honor of serving his dealerships for a number of years. We have also had the opportunity to experience the excellent customer service ethic he instilled in his employees. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Safro family.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Safro family, Mr. Safro was one of the nicest people I have met and he always had time to share his passion for cars. What a great guy with a great family!!

To the Safro family: My father (Russ Meyer,Sr.) and I feel both privileged and grateful that we have been friends and done business with Jack since 1972. Mr. Safro was so gracious and extended open arms to both of us when we opened our own entities in 1972 and 1980. Jack had a knack for recognizing young talent and teaching that talent the trade allowing it to flourish. I personally saw Jack's mentoring touch with some of his extraordinary employees such as Kaaren Wolf, Jim Tessmer and Steve Recht. His Toyota and Lexus dealerships will remain legendary because of Jack's devotion to his customers AND his talented employees.

Jack and I go back to the 1970's, meeting at his great Toyota dealership on Capitol drive. If there was ever a great owner and gentleman it was Mr. Safro; always nice and always fair. Thank you Jack for just being you, in our great automobile business.

I worked for Jack in the 1980's and will forever be impressed by his sense of values and business ethics, something that is sorely missing in the "Car Biz." We both loved racing, and the last time I talked to him was at Elkhart Lake last year, Jack, you will be missed!

Dear Jeanne and Family,
We so regret that we will be out of town during Jack's funeral. He was a great man and we have many fond memories of the two of you. Most recently in Jackson Hole this summer.
He will be greatly missed by all in the Toyota Community. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.

My wife and I both worked for Jack at his Toyota store back in the 1980's; in fact that's where we met. We remember Jack as being firm but fair and totally devoted to his extremely high expections of total customer satisfaction. To Jeanne, Gina, Johnny, Jay, Jill and Wendy, (whom we know) and the other family members we pass along our sincere condolences.

I never had the pleasure of getting to know Jack, but his daughter, Wendy is one of my oldest and dearest friends. I want to convey to her and the rest of Jack's family my heart felt condolances. I look forward to sharing both the saddness and happy memories this Sunday at St. Military Acadamy. My love and support to all, Junior Plehn Ruf
