My condolences to John's family and friends. I remember John well from my time with Trimac in Saskatchewan; he was always a smiling and pleasant fellow.

Thinking of you at this difficult time. We always enjoyed the visits.

We have lost touch with one another over the years, but we hope it helps you knowing that we are with you sharing in this time of sorrow. It has been many years since I've seen John and alot more since I've seen Jeff and Farley but I have the fondest memories of childhood visits with our families. My deepest sympathies to Myrna and the boys (and their families). John was a great man and will be truly missed.

I am very sad that I will miss the funeral. Please let Myrna know that I felt that John was like a grandfather to me. I will always remember him as a kind man who took the time to teach me and show me so much love.

Dear Myrna,
My deepest sympathies to you and the family. We have not been in contact with each other for sometime but always remember the good times we had together in Arizona and later when you and John got married. I lost my sweetheart, Gene, on October 30th, 2011. He had congestive heart failure. He was 88 years old. May God's loving presence be a comfort to you. Someday when I'm in Saskatoon, we should get together.
