I am so sorry about Uncle John. He was an amazing person. Never forget them letting us stay at their house on our trips between PA and Mich. Always a fun guy to be around.

I met John at Donna's and Mike's wedding. He gave me a big hug and welcomed Janet and me into the family. Now I hug my family as hard as he did then,in his honor.My condolences for a wonderful man and his family!

Dearest Louise and Family,
Sending my heartfelt condolences on the loss of John. I was saddened to hear of his passing. John was larger than life. Always smiling, always had a joke to share. I have the fondest childhood memories of John & Louise visiting my Mom & Dad (Chuck & Jean). Roars of laughter would be coming from wherever they were. John was so funny. The night my sister was born in 1971, I clearly remember John and my Dad having a cigar and a drink to celebrate. Such a sweet memory. I will always remember him with a smile. A life well lived. He will be missed. May he rest in eternal peace. God Bless your family.

Nothing can be said to ease the pain of loosing a love one especially John, thank you so much for loaning John to me for all those years, his friendship and mentoring meant so much room me may God bless each and everyone of you.

My deepest condolences to family and friends! He was the greatest guy I ever knew !! Yes I looked at him like my dad!!! He was what a dad should of been!!!

We send our condolences to all the Schrift family at the loss of John Schrift. We only met him a few times or so,but he had a wonderful sense of enjoying life. You could feel the love he had for his family. I'm sure he will be greatly missed, but so fondly remembered.
