News Death Notice
SEBALD, Jr. John Thomas passed away at his residence in Newark, Ohio on February 11, 2014. He was born on April 29, 1932 in Middletown, Ohio, son of J. Thomas Sebald and Louise Shartle Sebald. He is survived by his five children, Angie Latham (Steve), Cindy Roell (Rick), Bonnie Baker (Ron), Tom Sebald, and Floyd Sebald (Lynne); eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Lucy Sebald Curry (Crossan). He is preceded in death by Patricia Lockard Sebald; his parents; sister, Ina Sebald Jones; and great-grandson, Richard Dean Roell. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. By the kindness of the Lord, John's children will remember their father with fondness. We are deeply grateful to the Lord for his work of grace in our father's life. We especially want to thank our brother, Tom, who faithfully and lovingly cared for his father the last several years of his life. The mercies of the Lord endure forever (Psalm 136)
