In memory of
Leslie Savage
August 8, 2006
I have been away and just heard the news about Paw when I got back. I was so saddened to hear the news, yet joyful that he's in a place where we all long to be. I'm sure it's better than Naples and he can play all the tennis he wants!
My heart goes out to your incredible family and hope that the Lord is continually comforting you through this hard time.

We are saddened by John's death. He will be remembered dearly by his friends on Corey Lake....many wonderful memories. I shall treasure my visit to Naples two years ago (and the St. Patrick's Day parade) and being able to spend some time with you both. You have a loving family and are all in our prayers.

We were sorry to hear of John's death but glad that a long painful struggle is over. Such courage and faith you both had. We remember fondly all the nice times on Covertside Drive. We hope to see you soon. Love, Sylvia & Earl

Thoughts of my childhood would not be complete without mentioning "Mr. and Mrs. Sechrist". They both have left a great impression on my life as an adult. They always took time for eachother; teaching me that a happy family begins from the core; the happy couple. Mr.Sechrist, the tall handsome man I remember, has gone to be with our Lord. May he always be as strong a man in both stature and his life ever after. May God and your family be with you Mrs.Sechrist.
My love,

Thank the Lord that our Beloved Paw is home! I have never learned so much from someone. I saw so much strength, love and courage in the years I got to spend with him. He taught us to walk with the lord, his actions spoke louder than words. I will forever look up to him and my grandma, I've never know better people. My grandma is just as wonderful as he was. I will miss my Paw terribly, but I know he is in a far better place.
~ Tons of love to my Meme, and the rest of the family. God bless you all.
