Charlotte-My condolences to you and Jack´s family. He was one of my favorite patients and I always looked forward to visits from both of you. My favorite story about Jack is the morning we had closed the office due to an ice storm. I was ready to go home and, as I was leaving, Jack showed up for his appointment. As a truck driver, a little ice didn´t bother him. He and I finished his visit and he headed back home in the ice. He was a wonderful man and will be missed by all. Carl Strauch
