Some of my fondest memories with my dad (JDS) was him and I sitting on the porch of the bunkhouse watching the rain fall in the fields and listening to the sound as it hit the tin roof above our heads. Sometimes, we wouldn't really even say much. He'd say, " Wudda ya say there, Zak-A-Boonie?" I would just smile. He'd smile.
He was SUCH a GREAT MAN! Greatest man to ever walk the earth. I will never be the same with him gone.
I Love You, Dad.
Your Son, Zachary B. Sholund

Watching the sunset on Manasota Key just a few days before he died. He had a big smile on his face and soaked up the rays of sunshine like he soaked up the blessings of his life. Miss you, Doug!
