I only knew John for a short 2 years but in that short period of time I learned a vast amount about business and life from him. He was a walking encyclopedia of business knowledge and life experience! I will miss him dearly and remember him always as a strong, robust personality and a personal mentor!

John was such a good person to me all the years I knew him. He was always very generous to me and my family. Even though we will miss him quite a bit, I am glad his pain and suffering has ended.

Dear Family of John Simcic,
My thoughts and prayers and deepest sympathy are with you. John was one of the dearest people I've ever known at Century 21 Maki United. I was once a Real Estate Salesperson at C21 and Larry Desmond's Executive Assistant at one time. John has always been kind and generous. He and I also shared the same birthdate of August 4th and even though he was more elderly than I, he would always kid around that he was only 39, making me older in his humorous way of thinking.
I will miss him and his Leonine personality very much. He left a kingly pawprint on my heart that will never be diminished.
With much love and sympathy and prayers for all of the Simcic Family,
Lorraine Militano
